Hi,
i am struggling to get any audio when ringing from the outside pstn to an internal phone.
we have a pbx service on the outside connecting via sip to an internal gateway. we see the sip trunk is up and we see udp connections built successfully when making a call but there is no audio despite data increasing.
we have the internal network PATted to a single outside interface IP.
i have tried various methods of:
enable/disable sip inspection
enable disable inbound acl permitting all ip traffic from sip provider to outside interface ip of ASA
what is the recommended configuration for such a setup? do we need to enable 1 to 1 nat? should we enable / disable sip inspection?
any advice appreciated!
