We would need more info than what you have provided. At the very least you should provide the configuration of the OSPF setup from both the ASA and the neighbor device. What version ASA are you running? What type of device is the neighbor OSPF device?
Provide the following outputs from the ASA:
show ospf
show ospf interface <interface connecting towards OSPF neighbor>
show run router ospf
show route
On the neighbor device provide the same output if available.
