Cisco ASA not booting up

Hi, I'm trying to boot fro a tftp in a Cisco ASA 5505, but it get stuck here.

 

It wont go from there, any ideas? what I'm doing wrong?

 

I can only access ROM

hi,

you'll need to follow the upgrade path: 8.2/8.3 > 8.4 > 9.1

make sure you've got at least 512 MB RAM.
