Cisco ASA OS 8.5 and VPN on Security Context

Hi,

Does any one have any idea on the new features added or going to be available on the 8.5 release on the ASA. Would this release "finally" support VPN on multi security context mode.

By the sounds of things looks like every other major vendor supports this feature except Cisco.

Time will show reality, but IMHO it will be added "finally". That's why this release have no much new features, but this improvments is great.

I wish some one in Cisco had a decent answer to this, most of us deploy VPN on our "firewalls" and need this in our environments. Cisco has been quit for a while on the upgrades, even for the patches and fixes for the almighty 8.4 (I call it Vista release) which we still have a few issues on which by the way have not been solved yet.

hmm, may be their all sitting down and coding the new 9 release...

It would have been nice to get sime timelines on this, its nice to know what you can do with the devices in the future and plan from there
