Hi all,

I've 2 firewall ASA 5525-x with SFR module installed at version 5.4.0.

I've tried to update directly to version 5.4.0.11 without success (as reported in release note).

So, after checking the release note, I understood thtat I need first to upgrade to version 5.4.0.5.

When I try to upgrade to this version the SFR module told me (/var/log/sf):

 cat Cisco_Network_Sensor_Patch-5.4.0.2/status.log
state:running
ui:Upgrade has begun.
ui:[%] Fatal error: Update to version 5.4.0.11 is not complete. Please complete update to 5.4.0.11

Seems to be an upgrade lock or a process already running with the previus upgrade (failed).

I can't reimage the module.

Please someone can help me ?

Many thanks

If you open a TAC case the engineer will be able to go in an manually unlock the upgrade process so that you can proceed in the stepwise fashion that you'd like.

Hi,

unfortunatly this is a spare part that has not Smartnet associated, so I'm unable to open a TAC.

Someone know the CLI step in expert mode to unlock the upgrade ?
