Cisco ASA Site to Site VPN problem

Dear Team,

I have a strange problem with VPN site to site ASA one way the VPN is up with transmit and receive traffic showing the other way the VPN is up with transmit only 

I tried to recreate the tunnel on both sides but still the same

the problem appeared suddenly please advise

Is this between two ASA's or ASA and non-cisco equipment?

you checked phase 1 and 2 sa correct?  and both protect the exact same subnets at both ends?

yes it the same both the cryto maps are matching and everything IKE SA are same I check
