Cisco ASA : The flash device is in use by another task

I have 2 ASA in Active/Standby Mode. On the secondary mode when i run a show version command its giving the following message : 

The flash device is in use by another task.

How can i resolve this ?

Most of the time always suggest using for Primary Active ASA for performing all tasks. and change configs

If you like to check below suggest methods :

check any active sessions :

show ssh sessions ( delete any ssh session active , other than yours)

If you are using asdm try 

show asdm session

asdm disconnect  - select session to disconnect and try

tried both but there are no active sessions showing... if failover occurs in this state will it be successful ? does the message " The flash device is in use by another task" affects failover in any way ?

I suggest to reload the standby and try again and let us know. ( make sure you do this in maintenance window).
