Cisco ASA5540 vs ISA, 2nd tier security device

HI,

Currently we have 1st tier and 2nd tier firewalls as Cisco ASA 5540. We are planning to replace the 2nd tier firewall with ISA firewall. We have our ironport box located in outside DMZ of 2nd tier firewall. Is it advisable to do so ?? what are the things i should consider before changing and during the change.

Are you going to replace an ASA 5540 with an ISA firewall? May I ask why?

Is the Ironport a webfiltering or anti-spam box?
