cisco.com opens slow with firewall

Hi,
I have a firewall configured on my 1700 series router.
Cisco.com and few other sites are really slow but when I disable ip inspect and ACL from the interface it works great.
I disabled NetFlow too because it slowed our internet traffic.

Disabling inspect may increase the speed of access for few sites which are slow with inspection enabled.
To apply a set of inspection rules to an interface, use the ip inspect command in interface configuration mode. There are two different modes for this command, configuration mode and interface configuration mode. To remove the set of rules from the interface, use the no form of this command.
