Cisco Firepower Base Licenses with Deployment Failed Issue

Dear Members,

I am currently using a Cisco Firepower 1140 firewall. Today, when I logged in to the device, I received a notification indicating that the Smart License had expired. Therefore, I generated a new token from the Virtual Smart Account for 30 days and activated it through the firewall’s GUI. After activation, the Smart License status showed as Connected, and the Base License status appeared as Enabled.

However, when I attempted to create a new object and security policy for a new host (for NAT), the deployment failed. The following error message was displayed:
“Deployment Failed: User (admin) Triggered Deployment.”

Could you please assist me in investigating this issue?

How are you managing this FMC or FDM?

Check if any other updates are in progress in the deployment history?

In the FDM there is no running process updates are  in the deployment history

What information do you see when you extract by clicking > 

What is the code running? There was an old bug related to the same issue :

. If you get a chance, try rebooting the device when you receive maintenance and test. If the issue persists, suggest opening a TAC case.

I have try to rebooting the device however still facing this issues. Should i try to upgrade the software version of FTD?

 

Look like bug for my issues, coz my software is hitting with bug version.

I'm not going to recommend upgrading until the issue is fixed.

When you extract by clicking >  (what is the whole message?

Why not open a tac case?

This device is out of support license Bro.

If you are affected by the bug and you need to upgrade.

i suggest taking a backup of the configuration out of the box, cancel all the changes and upgrade and test
