Scenario
--------
A new FMCv has been setup based on a backup recovery image
The FMCv was re-registered on Smart licencing portal
The FMCv is able to pick the FMCv Device License and FTD Base license (HA)
The FMCv is unable to pick the Anyconnect Apex (VPN), Malware, URL & Threat Detect licenses which are valid
FMCv+FTD version is 6.4.0.3
What could be the issue?
