Hi,
I have a Cisco FTD 1150, looking to install a new ISP fiber connection. Currently, I have port 1/9 enabled, however, when I plug in the second SFP module to any of the other SFP ports (1/10-1/12), the 1/9 port gets disconnected along with the new SFP port and I have to reseat it to bring it online again.
I am new to these FTD devices and recently took this one over. Is there something that needs to be done prior to setting up a secondary SFP connection?
Thanks!

They are not Cisco branded SFP modules, but verified to be compatible through the supported SFP list found below.

We inherited this site/device, and it appears it does not have active support contract. Still working with Cisco to get the device ownership migrated before we can set up a new support contract.
So, in general, these should be plug and play, nothing special needing to be done to plug in multiple SFP modules without nuking the other?

I check the link you share it talk about cisco SFP not other vendor
and why it effect other port, the multi SFP ports share same HW module so one not work can effect all port of that port
If you can not connect cisco connect SFP vendor and ask then if it compatible with FW or not
sorry I dont have full answer for you
goodluck
