Hello,
When I login to the FTD CLI, and check the management IP is shown as 203.0.113.130. My FTD version is 7.4.2. I checked in another FTD in version 7.2, but it is showing as "Unassigned". Please advise.

Its all depends how you configured on the devices, FTD have OOB and Inband both, so check which device configured how.
for clarity, can you post both the output here to verify. and tell us what is the model of the both the devices.
show network - from both the devices.

At the moment I cannot provide the output. The device is 1120. As mentioned earlier I can see this behavior only in FTD with version 7.4.2. In another FTD with 7.2.8 and it is showing the management ip as unassigned.

Unfortunately i can not confirm the behavior (we have not installed that version in production because its not stable and suggested in production), so hence the output requested.
May be worth read release notes see if you can find any changes ;
This means you have not assigned any IP address for the Management.
Configure network ipv4 manual 192.168.45.45 255.255.255.0 192.168.45.1 (this is default IP address)
If no IP address assigned you see as below :
> show interface ip brief Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol Management0/0 unassigned YES unset up up
As per this information Cisco uses this IP address on 4K and 9K model :

Looking at this presentation : That was default IP of Management, may i have not much focused while installing, may be it as 192.x.45.X range as i know before.
