Cisco IPS Hot swap

Hi

I have firewalls both with IPS modules set up in failover mode. I have a failed IPS module in the primary

Can I hot swap an IPS module with out disrupting any services ?

no, just make the secondary ASA active, power down the primary unit and change the AIP. With a recent ASA-version the change of active/standby roles is so fast that the users probably won't notice it.
