Cisco Packet Tracer VPN issues...what does this mean?

i am trying to setup a VPN and its not connecting using ASA 5512X  and ASDM. can someone tell me what this picture below means??  Does this mean a VPN phase is working? or does this mean the cisco ASA device has the VPN traffic or route blocked by the ACL??  or does it mean that the VPN encryption settings are incorrect? im a little confused

hi,

it says DROP so meaning your VPN doesn't work.

make sure to tick the option: Enable inbound VPN session to bypass interface access list..
