Cloud lookup failure

Dear Madam/Sir,

I'm using ASA5585-X Firepower SSP40 with Firesight Management VM. My software version is 6.0.1.1. I also get periodically all five minutes a health event for URL Filtering Monitor:

Cloud lookup failure

The Firesight VM is connecting via Squid-Proxy. But I also tried to connect via NAT without Proxy, same problem. I know the document:

DNS-Solution is ok and I can find successful connections in both directions in the netflow table at internet edge like:

Source              Destination       Prot   SPRT  DPRT    Bytes     Packets

141.48.3.24      54.77.161.115    6     45661    80       6384        20
54.77.161.115    141.48.3.24      6     80       45661    8142        13

I can't find any problem. But sometimes (but not often) I also get

Process is running correctly

What can I do?

Hi ,

If you see this message periodically and then it goes automatically , it is kind of cosmetic on 6.0.1.1 , i have filed a bug on this : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuz74243/?reffering_site=dumpcr

This is resolved in 6.1 version .
