connections dropped on ASA 5520

I just moved from a Pix 6.34 to ASA 7.04 and i have an outbound connection that drops the reply. How can I get this to work again.

The error I get on the firewall is:

106001: Inbound TCP Connection denied from 64.31.159.2/80 to 38.113.23.101/27156 flags RST ACK on interface outside

perhaps the timeout is too restrictive, or something else is causing the tcp reset?

Try comparing the connection timeouts from the 6.34 config to the ASA config...
