am wondering if is it feasible to do a cross-connection between two firewalls one in cluster and the other in HA.
i currently have an internet firewall that I want to connect to the Datacenter firewall.
from FPR 4110 I created a port-channel through FXOS and from the FMC I created the port-channel in FPR 1100.
currently am receiving an error saying that my standby peer HA FW is in failed status. because is not receiving any data from the DC firewall.
I checked the LACP and apparently that the DC cluster firewall is suspending the ports that are going to the standby firewall.
in the FXOS ports, 1/7 that are coming from both FPR4110 and going to 1st FPR1100 are up, but ports 1/8 that are going to the 2nd FPR 1100 are suspended.
can please someone advise if the topology is correct.
