CSM 4.3 Global search not working

I've just upgraded from 4.2 sp1 to 4.3 sp1. Everything is fine except that the global search is not working. It looks like it is indexing for a very long time (more than a day) and i'm still not able to do a search.

I've tried to recreate the index but I'm not able as the button is greyed in the /Tools/Security Manager Administration/Customize Desktop.

Here is my error message when I do a search.

"Search service will be available as soon as the contents of Cisco Security Manager have been indexed. Please try after some time"

In the Policy Object Manager window, the search is working fine.

Any idea ?
