Please I would want to ask for your opinion on the best firewall replacement for ASA 5585-X SSP which is also not end of life any time soon I will be glad if you can share your opinions with me. The most of the task for the firewall will be for IPSEC connections for our clients.

Cisco firepower 4100 or newer 31xx will also be great. Some of the 31xx are more powerful than older 41xx.

you can install ASA code or FTD (if you want IPS )...

Also you can also go with IOS-XE based router if you prefer IOS..
