Hi

If you planning to deploy the box inline , just plug it in between your switches as it would be in layer 2 transparent mode, so you don't need any special config in there.

Are you looking at anything specific ?

Thanks

Yogesh

Hello Hazem,

As per the short description that you provided ,the setup will work.

Here is the quick reference link which will give you more insight :-

Hi Mathew,

I wonder when using 4110 Chassis, which is the best practice to deploy an etherchannel.

Should we configure it from the FMC which is controlling the virtual FTD (deployed in the chassis) or should we first create the etherchannel in Chassis manager ui, then deploy the FTD containing that etherchannel, and finally use it in my firewall configuration.

Many thanks

Regards

Sadik

You need to first allocate/assign the interfaces and bond them into an Etherchannel in the Firepower Chassis Manager. Then configure and deploy the etherchannel interface address etc. from FMC.
