FirePOWER Internet Traffic URLs

Hi,

I have whitelisted microsoft patching URLs for windows activation but still its not working through FirePOWER.

Even I removed whitelist and put destination any under URL ACP rules but still server cant get activated with microsoft.

Is this stopped by FirePOWER or something else, error attached.

The error attached not related to the problem you described.

Check on Analysis tab events and see from the source IP address contacing Ms site for patching ? what is the Logs show ?

Events logs shows allowed connections and no blocking shows under Analysis events but dont know why still activation doesn't work and fails.

server is allowed to access internet all the sites.

Server offline activation works but not through Internet which passes through firepower
