Edit Policy

Edit Rule

URL's Tab

You have categories like, Alcohol and Tabacco, Games, Social Networks.

Is there any way to see what URL's are in those categories? In FirePower or through Bright Cloud or Cisco.

Hi there, there are two places to check this:

1)     http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php

2)     http://www.senderbase.org/

Thanks for your reply. I have used the brightcloud url lookup, but am trying to find a list of what sites are in each category. I know the lists change as sites are added, but it would be nice to know what URLs are in each category.

Ah, so you are looking for a place that will list all sites in let's say category "sports" ? If that is the case, then I am not aware of such tool/site. Perhaps someone else can chime in here.

Hello,

You can check the url cateogarization used by Firepower devices under the following url.Firepower uses the Brightcloud database for URL cateogarization.

http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php

There is no way to know which all urls coming under each cateogary .
