Firepower Management Licenses for classic devices

Hi,

correct me if I am wrong but does this sentence below mean, that I do not need the SF-FMC-VMW-2-K9 licence if my devices are all classic devices, so ASA with Firepower modules?

Generally, Firepower Management Center Virtual (FMCv) requires a license entitlement for each FTD device that it will manage. FMCv does not require licenses to manage Classic devices.

You still need the license for EULA (End User License Agreement) terms and conditions compliance even though it's not enforced using technical means directly by Cisco.
