Firesight defense center wont load File Policy rule

I have a Firesight defense center virtual version 5.4.1.1. I am trying to capture what rule(s) is/are configured under Policies->Files->File Policy. But I can only get "Please wait...Loading page data..." with IE11, Firefox OR Chrome. Restart the Firesight console did not help.

Found a bug (CSCuy54083) but that is for version 5.4 with VDB 261. But mine is version 5.4.1.1 and I do not have VDB 261 installed...

Figure ask here first before call TAC.

Hi,

The symptoms you described mimics the behavior mentioned on the bug. I also found CSCux84036 that might be related.

What VDB version are you running ?

I somehow can not view the bug you mentioned...it complains that I do not have the permission.

Apologies that mine is actually running VDB 281 not 251...I think I should call TAC to get that script mentioned in bug CSCuy54083

My apologies.

I did not check the permissions on the bug.

I checked the internal sources and found that the script for the bug should fix the issue.

The best course of action should be the TAC case.
