Hello Team,

We have to manage ASA Firepower from Management Center-1000, while following procedure we were getting below issues.

while configuring in firepower we could get below error

> configure manager add 10.239.0.132 cisco123
getPeersByRole: unable to connect to db at /usr/local/sf/lib/perl/5.10.1/SF/PeerManager/Peers.pm line 180.

firepower version is: 6.2.2
firewall version is : 9.6.3

cisco Firepower management centre 1000

we are able to take SSH from FMC to firepower. but, telnet and Telnet with Port No 8305 is not working.
In FMC its shows, Telnet is "refused by foreign host". do we need to unable telnet in firepower? if yes then how would we do that? more over we couldn't see any traffic telnet logs/message hitting In firepower, is that any procedure to see coming traffic on Firepower?

while Restart communication channel also we are getting error.

admin@firepower:~$ sudo su

Hi,

Sounds like you should contact Cisco TAC, or if it's not in production yet you could try to re-image the Firepower Service Module if you haven't tried that yet.
