I have successfully registered FMC with AMP for Endpoints (from the FMC > AMP menu). Two questions:
1. According to FMC 6.2 User Guide "The system uses port 443/HTTPS to connect to the Cisco cloud to receive endpoint-based malware events." What is the frequency of the connection from FMC to AMP cloud to retrieve Endpoints information?
2. Since FMC is initiating the connection with the AMP console, mentioned above, thus an outbound connection, why is the User Guide also saying that we have to also open the port inbound? "You must open that port, both inbound and outbound, for communications with the Firepower Management Center. "
