Hello everybody,
our customer has different Firepower appliances running rel. 7.4.2.1
an two ASA5516 running 7.0.6.3. The FMCv is running rel. 7.4.2.1 too.
For the firewalls in the remote sites we get the error message (see screen dump):
Cisco Support Diagnostics Configuration - failure. Cisco Cloud Configuration - Unable to reach Cisco Cloud from the device. Please check the network connection.
They have a DMVPN network for the remote sites and it will become an elaborate
work to establish a cloud connection for the remote firewalls by different
reasons.
I have two questions:
1. What consequences has the missing cloud connection for the effected firewalls?
2. Is it possible to turn off this error message in the Health Policy and if yes,
what setting is it? All cloud related checks are already off (see screen dumps).
Every hint is welcome!
