FMC upgrade from 6.2.3.6 to 6.4.0

Hello team,

I am trying to upgrade a virtual FMC from version 6.2.3.6 to 6.4.0

The upgrade seems to be stuck for like 5 hours in BEGIN 000_start/400_run_troubleshoot.sh

From logs i get these:

ui:[ 5%] Running script 000_start/109_check_HA_MDC_status.pl...
ui:[ 6%] Running script 000_start/110_DB_integrity_check.sh...
ui:[ 6%] Running script 000_start/112_CF_check.sh...
ui:[ 6%] Running script 000_start/113_EO_integrity_check.pl...
ui:[ 7%] Running script 000_start/125_verify_bundle.sh...
ui:[ 7%] Running script 000_start/170_link_log.sh...
ui:[ 8%] Running script 000_start/200_clean_csp_files.sh...
ui:[ 8%] Running script 000_start/250_check_system_files.sh...
ui:[ 8%] Running script 000_start/320_remove_backups.sh...
ui:[ 9%] Running script 000_start/400_run_troubleshoot.sh...

running sf_troubleshoot

Please, be patient. This may take several minutes.

I can't log in to FMC and i can't find any obvious error.

Any suggestions?

It is best to consult with TAC to kill the hung upgrade process gracefully and diagnose the root cause of the problem.

Maybe an interesting fact.

When i use either of these

- OmniQuery.pl -db mdb -e "select hex(uuid),status,body from notification where status = 7;"
- OmniQuery.pl -db mdb -e "select hex(uuid),status, body from notification where body like '%eadin%';"

i get an empty list.
