FMCv and FTDv License

license for a FMCv VMware managing 4 FTDv in Azure. What license option is needed ? and how will it be consumed ?

You would most likely need a FMCv entitlement license for 10 devices + the feature licenses you require.

Okay and the consumption would be like FMCv will consume 4 entitlements and four FTDv will also consume 4 if they are not licensed ? and i will be left with 2 ? or there is a separate license category for FTDv ?

No just the FMCv will consume the entitlement licenses.  But I believe that Cisco only sells entitlement licenses of 2, 10 or 25 devices. So you will be left with 6.  The FTDs, as you say have a seperate license category, which would be Base, URL, Threat, AMP, and AnyConnect.
