Hello,
I want to change an existing policies in my FDT via FMC to another policies that i just created ? How can I do via FMC administration.

Select and edit the new Access Control Policy (ACP).
Then change the target device to the FTD sensor where you'd like to apply it. You do that by clicking the "Policy Assignments" link in the top right of the ACP editing window.
Save and then deploy.

Thank you for your answer :-) I did it it's ok.
I have an another questions Marvin, i would like to modify an acces rule policie that belows to a domain to a Global.
I didn't manage to find the solution to switch to acces rule (belong to domain) to a global access rule (belong global, not belong to a domain).

@ksaidani I haven't worked with domains in any of my deployments.
My quick check of the Configuration Guide doesn't show me any way to move an ACP from a child domain up to the global level.
