FTD installation failure in a Firepower 1120

In the installation of FTD 7.6.2 (recommended version) in a new Cisco Firepower 1120 loaded with ASA v9.20.3.
We attempted to reimage the appliance using the console USB port. We downloaded the installation image from the Cisco Software portal (checksum confirmed). In Rommon, we used the command "boot disk1:/cisco-ftd-fp1k.7.6.2-329.SPA". We made several attempts, but the process always froze and failed at the step “Creating the FXOS swap file.”

During the last attempt, we used a factory reset image to completely erase disk0, but the issue persisted, any help?Could be a SSD issue?

I think it could be caused by a defective hard drive. I would recommend reach out to TAC and work with them on getting this sorted.
