FWSM format CF128 Mo

Good morning everybody,

After a lot of time passed on the internet to try to resolve my problem, I have decided to post my problem here and I hope that you can help me.

I have a FWSM which doesn't start. After analyze and tests, I think that the CF is dead.
I used to use WinImage to do CF128 bit-by-bit pload copy to another one. For this CF, the WinImage see 0Mo for my CF128.
Not possible to format it.
The FWSM start well with another CF128 card (without SUP720 configuration changes).

So I have buy another CISCO CF128. The PC recognized its size and everything seems to be ok.
When I try to do bit-by-bit pload copy of the worked CF128 to the new one, it works.
But the FWSM always doesn't start. The pload is exactly the same between the two cards.

After plug-in, the led passed green during approximatly 7 or 8 minutes, after that, it will light off.
The error message is : "Failed SCP dnld".

The bit-by-bit copy doesn't change the formating of the CF, so I think that the problem is maybe linked to the format of the CF128.
I know that it is possible to format a CF on the sup720 card, but after test, it's seems to be different to the FWSM format (right?).
If anyone has a solution to format the FWSM CF128 to the good format or any idea which can help me, I'm interested.

Have a good day

Regards
Maxime
