Hi all
,
I am looking to upgrade my ASA 5510 cluster to the latest code 8.3.1 from 8.0.5. Has anyone expreienced any undocumented issues with ASA version 8.3.1 ED?
I'd like to get some real world feedback before I proceed.
Thanks.

Here you can find the caveats http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa83/release/notes/asarn83.html#wp404945
There are a couple of nat migration issues that are seen every now and again (CSCtf74204 and CSCtg10768). In one the ASA does not migrate the ACLs to have the real ip addresses. In the other one overlapping manual nat statements can cause nat order confusion. Both are usually fixed easily when realized. The rest of the migration usually has no issues.
I hope it helps.
