How to choose firewall for small business

I need to purchase my first ASA for small business but I don't know how to choose. 

Company has a 100/50 mbit link and I want to enable NGFW functions like AV etc, but don't want to slow down the network and internet for users.

I need fw recommendation for two situations. In first there is 10 users behind ASA, and in second there is 30.

I have read datasheets for ASA-5506 and ASA-5508 but I'm afraid that won't be enough when I enable these functions. This is small network, and is not heavily used but internet speed is important.

Can someone please help me with this.

Hi,

I went through the DATASHEET and even after applying  Application Control (AVC) and IPS on 5506 you would still have a max throughput of 125 Mbps.

So do we need a higher throughput ?

I don't have any expirience with ASA, I need honest advice will 5506 with everything enabled be enough for network described in first post.

Also do I need some extra licences that are not included when i buy ASA? For example if I wont to enable VPN for 3 users.

Just to give you more options to choose from. The Meraki MX64 could also be powerfull enough for your needs and the MX84 would give you additional "throughput" for future use. There is a sizing guide available to choose the right appliance.
