I am getting this message when I try to download the app, how do I go about resolving this? My company does have a license for this product.
Your individual cisco.com userid needs to be associated with the service contract.
If you have the service contract number you can open a TAC case using it.
If you don't have that then check with your company admin for such things (or with your Cisco partner or reseller who sells the contract to your company).
