How to open Port 4000 on Cisco ASA 5510 with ASDM 6.4

Hi there, 

I want to open the port 4000 tcp from the external to the inside in order to access my camera system from my Android camera application inside my business.

IP is 74.14.247.124

What do I need to do exactly as the Cisco Firewall is really complex and I dont want to mess the entire config.

Simple access-list should work, tweak as per your requirement.

access-list outside_access extended permit tcp any object inside-server1 eq 4000
