How to Recover the Password on a C3850-24S

Hi,

I have a switch which I have accidently locked myself out of after entering the following commands:

enable password hello

enable secret hello

enable secret 5 hello

And now none of the above passwords are allowing me to gain access to the privileged exec mode.

Your help would be great.

You need to power cycle and interrupt the boot process. That will allow you to boot into a default configuration, fix the errors and then reload once more to recover fully.
