How to Update X509v3 Certificate on PIX 501 running as EasyVPN client ?

How is it possible to renew the X509v3 certificate on a PIX 501 running as EasyVPN client in network extension mode ?

Access to the PIX via the VPN-Tunnel is possible as the command "management-access inside" is issued. I would like to use the same communication path (via the encrypted VPN-tunnel) to renew the certificate. Unfortunatly outgoing traffic from the PIX is using the public IP ... :-(
