I can't successfully download the software of asa5506.

I have a service contract for asa5506 and it is linked to my account. However, there was a problem downloading the software.

But I can't successfully download the software of asa5506.

System prompt: I don't have permission to download the software update for asa.

if you have valid contract, call local cisco TAC number, iam sure they will give you rights to download or provide direct download path.

I contacted local technical support by phone. The technical support staff told me that there was a problem with the type of service contract service. My current service contract service type is "SNT", and the service contract for providing software updates, the service type needs to be "ecmu".

Did you asked them to associate the device including serial number to our CCO ?

It doesn't seem to be.
