Inspect H323 and Video stop

Anyone know why when the inspection H323 is enable on ASA the video suche as VCS, ESX-20 stop to work?

Hello;

There are many reasons why this would happen, for instance, a wrong NAT config an overlapping NAT rule, a bug on the software etc.

In order to really understand what is happening, captures need to be placed and config needs to be reviewed. More info is also needed, such as:

1-Are other H323 services running?

2-Are the counters incrementing?

3-Are all the services affected? Just video or just audio?

Anyways, if you have more info, we would be more than glad to help.

1- Yes, there is other service, but is internal.

2- Which counters do you refere?

3- No just video, include the audio of this video.
