IP SEC License - Transfer from ASR1001 faulty unit to a new ASR1001

Hi all,

 

is it possible to to transfer IP SEC License for ASR1000 Series from faulty unit to a new unit?

Yes, it is possible. 

Send an email to the License Team with the serial number of the faulty unit and the replacement unit.

Yes, it is possible. 

Send an email to the License Team with the serial number of the faulty unit and the replacement unit.  

@Leo Laohoo these days the license team email will autoreply asking us to open a TAC case.

Yet another in a long series of Cisco licensing customer experience "improvements" that only help Cisco and not the customer.
