Hello,
regarding ASA devices, is there posibility to route (and filter using ACLs) IPv6 multicast traffic?

If you want to block router solicitations and advertisements (multicast) you can block them as explained here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa82/configuration/guide/acl_ipv6.html

What I need is to route the traffic and filter based on source & destination IP address.

Unfortunately, multicast routing for IPv6 is not supported:
Guidelines and Limitations
This section includes the guidelines and limitations for this feature.
Context Mode Guidelines
Supported in single context mode. In multiple context mode, unshared interfaces and shared interfaces are not supported.
Firewall Mode Guidelines
Supported only in routed mode. Transparent mode is not supported.
IPv6 Guidelines
Does not support IPv6.
