Is it possible IOS on ASA 5520 can support ASA 5505?

Dear All,

I have ASA 5520 and i want to upload IOS to ASA 5505 so is it support on this?

if i have Cisco ASA 5505 and i want to upload IOS to ASA 5520 is it support?

any way how can i know the feture IOS version ?

To see which version will be appropriate to your environment depends on what features you are looking for.

You need to issue "sh ver" to see what OS version is installed.

Are you asking if you have take the image file asa822-k8.bin and load it onto ASA5520 and ASA5505?

Yes you can.

Only the ASA5580s take a special code.
