ISE.30 Fresh install

 Currently we have ISE 2.7 installed in LAB environment on SNS-3595-k9 appliance.  We are planning one skipping 2.7 and go to 3.0 on our production.  I would like to test fresh install without having to upgrade from 2.7 but I am unable to find any documentation on 3.0 fresh install.  Any help would be appreciated.

There really isn't much difference of a fresh install of ISE 2.x or 3.0. The only difference is once installed, the ISE 3.0 GUI looks different.
