ISsues with ASDM 6.2(3)

hi

I have couple of issues

1. System time - it shows a weird time, we are in CEST and last weekend changed time to winter time ..

this the configuration I see on the system context on ASA. how do i change it to reflect the current time..

gvadc-fw# show clock

17:35:16.023 CEST Wed Oct 30 2013

clock timezone CEST 1

clock summer-time CEDT recurring last Sun Mar 2:00 last Sun Oct clock timezone CEST 1

2. When i look at the monitoring tab through ASDM, if I have to capture packets based on a destination IP address, do i need to set the access rule to a specific logging level before i can see the packets ?
