Land attack PIX/CheckPoint

Does anyone know about interfacing a Cisco PIX and a CheckPoint Firewall on the same segment? In my company we have this situation and the log (in both devices) presents a lot of alerts about a land attack (that is to say packet with the same source and destination address). Can anyone help me find a solution?

Hi,

is it possible to use a sniffer and find out which MAC address is sending those land attack packets? That way you can find the originator of the packets.
