I'm hoping someone can assist me. I purchased a used ASA 5510 last year with an advanced security license on it. Recently I had a corrupt flash and had to format things. Unfortunately the advanced license key was lost with the format and the base license is now installed on this ASA. How do I recover this license if I never registered this ASA nor am I the original owner? Shouldn't Cisco have the license key on file for this serial number?
