Management IP sharing between FTD and ASA

Hi

I am planning to install ASA 9.9 code on FTD 4150, do we need different management IP addresses to FTD and ASA or do they share same management IP address?

I believe FTD 2100 Model shares same management IP address between FTD and ASA if we install ASA code on FTD 2100.

The 4100 series chassis has a separate physical management interface that is distinct from that of any logical device (such as an ASA) running on it.

You can either use an ASA data plane interface (like whatever you have assigned to "inside") for management or else assign a dedicated interface on your hardware for ASA management.

I am planning to configured webvpn on the ASA and ASA management interface needs to talk to Radius and AD for authentication and accounting checks so which management interface ( FxOS or ASA) used for these checks ? should be ASA management interface?

All ASA management features need to use the ASA interfaces and not the FX-OS one.

It doesn't need to be the ASA management interface per se - for instance you can use an ASA dataplane interface like "inside"(or whatever nameif you assign it).
