Matching the secondary FWSM

Hi Folks,

We have a secondary FWSM which has 50 Contexts, while the primary one has 100 Context. so the failover is not working.

Is there away to downgrade the first one to 50 Context without paying extra cost. I mean I want to do the reverese thing here.

I am just wondering if anyone has idea of how to make this match happen.

Yes, you can downgrade your security context value for FREE, by writting to licensing@cisco.com. Just state in your email, your present show version output and what you'd like to achieve, and a representative from Cisco will furnish you with a new activation-key within an hour from the time you sent that email to the licensing team :-)

In that email, please do state your CCO ID as well.
